Ember & Oak Burger Co.

Modern, wood-fired burgers in a cozy, slightly upscale room that still feels casual. This whole concept is made up for a portfolio demo: the name, story, address, and phone are fake, and the photos are not of a real place.

About Us

Kitchen prep scene for the Ember and Oak demo

We built Ember & Oak around a live oak-fired plancha and a short list of burgers that get a little smoke, a little char, and a lot of care. Seasonal sides and house sauces round out the table. None of this is a real restaurant story, it is sample copy for a layout.

The dining room is warm wood, soft light, and enough space to linger without feeling formal. Perfect for a Friday night that still feels relaxed.

Guest notes

Sample praise for layout only. These people, quotes, and star ratings are fake demo content, not real reviews.

The Ember Stack is ridiculous in the best way. We sat at a little oak table by the window and forgot we were pretending this place exists.

Mara Ellison Harborview (demo)

Fries were crisp, shakes were thick, and the room feels like a cabin that learned manners. Five stars on this fake menu.

Jordan Park Demo guest

Brought the family for a portfolio screenshot night. Kids menu is pretend, but the cozy vibe reads real on screen.
