Opens in new tabFor small businesses that want a professional site without agency complexity: published rates, no retainers, no hidden fees.
For local service businesses, solo consultants, and trades. You get a site that works and represents you well.
Published build and care plan rates, split payment on the build, and an optional care plan. No surprise "strategy" add-ons or bloated retainers.
Your site is designed and built by the same person, not handed off to a separate production team or a chain of account managers.
Reliability without the overhead. Clear timelines, honest communication, and attention to what matters for your business. If you want a months-long brand workshop, that is a separate engagement elsewhere.
Clear numbers up front, each package spells out what you get, and the build is done by the person who actually builds your site: no agency layers or months lost inside a template editor. Here is how that compares to agencies and DIY platforms like Wix or Squarespace.
If this sounds like a fit, the next step is simple: review pricing, send your details through the form, or email us. Published rates and a straight path, no runaround.
Packages
Custom websites for small businesses that want something clean, professional, and built for real results, without paying agency prices for the kind of site most businesses do not even need.
Every project is built to be fast, mobile-friendly, and easy for your customers to use. If you need a simple online presence or a more built-out business website, there is a package that fits.
Starting at $999
A simple custom website for businesses that need to get online fast.
Great for new businesses, solo services, side hustles, and smaller local companies that do not need a large site.
Most Popular
Starting at $1,699
A full custom website with the core pages most small businesses actually need.
This is the best fit for most local businesses. It gives you a real custom website with the pages people expect, without the cost and complexity of an agency project.
Starting at $2,399
A more built-out custom website for businesses that need more pages, stronger content, and a bigger online presence.
Best for businesses that are more established, offer multiple services, or want a stronger site that builds more trust and answers more customer questions.
Starting at $7,500+
For projects that go beyond a standard business website and move into custom functionality.
This tier is for larger and more complex builds like ecommerce, portals, advanced booking flows, membership features, dashboards, or custom integrations.
Important note: If your project works more like custom software than a standard website, pricing reflects the added planning, development, testing, and long-term support required.
$99/month
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and small updates so you do not have to worry about the technical side after launch.
Best for business owners who want their site taken care of and do not want to deal with hosting, fixes, or small updates themselves.
Paid separately from your build deposit and build milestones. Work begins after payment clears. See Extras under Payment.

Standard payment schedule
Milestone dollar amounts for published packages are rounded to whole numbers (for example Starter $400 / $300 / $299). The revision and final installments are completed through a secure payment link sent by email when each milestone is due. For larger custom projects, payment terms may vary depending on project scope.
Most businesses are a great fit for the Business Site package.
If you just need something simple, start with Starter Site. If you need a larger site with more content, go with Growth Site. If your project needs advanced features, request a Custom Systems quote.
One process, two ways to start
Whether you already spoke with someone on our team or you are starting from this website, you follow the same path.
Get in touch
Some businesses talk with our team first. Others find us online and reach out on their own. You can use the form below or email jacewebsitedesign@gmail.com. Same process either way.
Choose your package
Match what you need to Starter, Business, or Growth Site using the lists and comparison table on Pricing. Lead Form + Admin Portal Setup is included where the table says so. Optional extra pages and photography are paid separately on the Extras page. If you need Custom Systems instead, email for a quote.
Send details and pay the deposit
Submit your project details here or by email. When you are ready, open Payment, choose the tier you picked, and pay the 40% deposit on that package page. If your project is not a published list package, email for a payment link instead. That is what starts the build.
Build, review, launch
I design and build the first full draft. You review using the included revision rounds. The next 30% is due at our first revision meeting, and the last 30% is due before I send the final draft; you pay each through a secure link I email when that milestone is due (not from the public Payment menu). After you approve for launch, I launch, deliver files, and set up the care plan if you selected it.
Use this form for a new inquiry, including if you already talked with someone on our team, or to send notes for an existing project (including revision requests). You can also send the same information by email if you prefer. Payments are not collected here. When you are ready, click Payment in the navigation bar, choose Starter, Business, or Growth Site for your package deposit, Extras for an extra page or photography, or Monthly care plan for the subscription. If your project does not match a published list package, email for a payment link instead of using those checkouts. Revision and final installments are not self-serve on the site; you will receive a secure link by email when each is due. We typically review submissions within 24 hours.
You pay for the work without a big agency overhead layer, and your site is designed and built end-to-end by me, not passed through a separate production silo. For a side-by-side look at agencies and DIY builders like Wix, see the comparison above.
Two common paths: you may already be talking with someone on our team about your site, or you may find us online and reach out yourself. Either way, you pick the tier that fits (or email for a Custom Systems quote), then send project details through the request form or by email. The build deposit (40% of your published package total for that tier) is what starts the build. Optional extras (extra page, photography) and the care plan use separate payment pages. See How It Works for the full sequence.
The website build is paid in three parts for your tier: 40% deposit on this site, then 30% at the first revision meeting, and 30% before final handoff. The two 30% installments are paid through a secure link emailed when each milestone is due. Published list prices use rounded whole-dollar milestone amounts (for example Starter $400 / $300 / $299). The monthly care plan and optional extras (extra page, photography on the Extras page) are separate checkouts and are not mixed into those three build payments. That way you are not paying the full build amount up front, and payments line up with key milestones.
No. You can pay the build deposit (pick your package under Payment), optional extras on the Extras page, or the monthly care plan when you are ready. Revision and final milestones use a link we send by email when due. The form is one way to organize project or revision details. Email works too. It is not a gate to checkout.
We work through the structured revision rounds included in your package after the first full draft so you can give focused feedback (see the comparison table for counts by tier). If something is still not right after that, we talk about options: sometimes that means moving to a higher tier, a custom quote for more work, or we clarify what a fair path forward looks like. I do not promise unlimited redesigns, but I do want you confident at launch.
So you can judge fit and budget early, whether you reach out on your own or after a conversation. Many agencies hide numbers until you have invested time in a quote process. I would rather be upfront and save us both the runaround if the investment is not a match.
It depends on scope and how quickly you can provide content and feedback. Many projects fall in the range of 5 to 10 business days once everything is in motion. As a solo freelancer, I am usually quicker than a typical agency because your project is not competing with a long pipeline of other accounts.
No. The care plan is optional but recommended if you prefer not to worry about hosting, updates, and uptime. You can also start without it and add it later.
If you cancel, you'll receive the latest version of your website files so you or another provider can host or maintain the site going forward.
I can tidy up your existing copy and structure it so it reads clearly on the page. Full branding, logo work, or large-scale messaging projects are outside what I take on with a website build, so you would handle those separately or with another provider.
